All sales are final. Central Fence Supply does not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once an order has been placed and fulfilled.

Due to the nature of our products (construction materials, hardware, and job-site supplies), we are unable to restock or resell items once they leave our facility. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will review the situation and work with you to determine the best possible solution, which may include replacement parts or warranty support where applicable.

 


 

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Central Fence Supply are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage, terms, and conditions vary by product and manufacturer.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, size, or quantity, a new order must be placed.

 


 

Order Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed or fulfilled. If you need to update an order, contact us immediately at info@centralfencesupply.com and we will do our best to help if the order has not yet shipped or been prepared for pickup.
